dragon: Check out our new cover page for Volume II, Number 1, Spring 2006 - articles to follow soon! It's only a matter of days now! Stay tuned!
dragon: I have been informed that MSIE users experienced problems when attempting to print out the essays in the journal. Although other browsers seem to handle the print command smoothly and resize the page to fit A4, I have set up printable pages of each article for IE users, too. Just click on the "Print View" button at the top of the article you wish to print.
karen: I wonder what kind of radio you are thinking of? One playing American music? Otherwise, the journal is of extremely high quality, Congrats.
dragon: From today on you can post a message using this Tag Board, or you can choose our GustMap, where you can pin a note to the country on the map you are sending the message from. Let's see where in the world do people read AMERICANA!
dragon: I have installed the new toolbar, and I must say it's sheer fun! If you choose to install it, please tell me whether you would like other features (radio, short cut icons to word, etc.) to appear.

New Journal Form and Structure --- DOWNLOAD Vol. I. No. 1. in pdf format

We have reconstructed AMERICANA - E-Journal of American Studies in HUngary to fit smaller screen resolutions. With the new design we have also restructured the structure of the journal in order to make it easier the archiving process, and to enhance searches in volumes. Therefore please note that the addresses of the essays included in Volume I, Number 1, Fall 2005 have changed. Authors are kindly asked to check their essays and take note of the new access route (a subfile of "volIno1" has been added just before the direct page in the address). Thank you for your understanding.

Before the release of the new issue of AMERICANA at the beginning of May 2006, we edited a pdf version of Volume I., Number 1., Fall 2005. You can download it from the journal site.
